<p>ICON is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic partnership to organizational groups across ICON’s growing teams. As a HRBP at ICON, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with stakeholders across your assigned areas of oversight and advising business leaders on topics related to human capital management, employee relations and talent development. You’ll make a daily impact through scaling ICON’s people and talent practices.
