The Senior Solution Success Manager, Financial Reporting serves as a primary influencer to ensure our customers realize maximum value from the Workiva platform at scale. In this role, you will be instrumental in elevating solution health through data analysis and insights and executing programs that improve platform adoption across the entire customer base. You will serve as a solution expert, providing strategic technical counsel to our customer base and acting as a thought partner to Customer Success Managers. In close collaboration with the customer’s overall success team (Customer Success, Support and Product), you’ll monitor solution health to build and implement improvement mechanisms that scale. In this role, your focus will be on Workiva’s solutions for Financial Reporting (FR). What You’ll Do<ul><li>Interpret and analyze solution health metrics (usage trends, NPS, connect rates, and risk signals) to develop and execute targeted strategies that improve customer value realization at scale.</li><li>Proactively address common solution challenges at scale by designing, developing, and executing various enablement programs, such as expert-led office hours, specialized webinars, and specific use case campaigns.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert Customer Success organization, providing technical guidance to help drive customer value realization.</li><li>Work across internal Workiva teams to navigate complex, solution-specific customer post-onboarding opportunities and challenges to ensure swift resolution and sustained customer health.</li><li>Provide solution-specific enablement to the Customer Success teams (e.g., training, office hours, playbooks, etc.) to help them deliver meaningful value to our customers.</li><li>Act as a solution-level advocate, capturing and synthesizing high-value feedback to influence the product roadmap and resolve solution-specific roadblocks.</li></ul>What You'll NeedMinimum Qualifications<ul><li>4+ years of related career experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Professional Services or similar in a software organization - preferably SaaS.</li><li>Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or related field.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate functional solution mastery into tangible business outcomes.</li><li>Previous experience in the financial reporting industry or working with financial reporting products or solutions.</li><li>High proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data visualization tools to tell a compelling story and drive business decisions.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to host webinars and present data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>A natural inclination for creating repeatable processes, templates, and automated workflows.</li><li>A self-starter who is comfortable working in ambiguity and taking ownership of new programs from concept to execution.</li></ul>Travel Requirements &amp; Working Conditions<ul><li>Up to 10% travel for customer and internal events</li><li>Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office.</li></ul>Why Join WorkivaWorkiva is the platform designed to bring confidence, control, and a competitive edge to the world’s most complex organizations.
