The successful candidate will be supported with learning plans, developing their skills to proactively influence the product through production. The Project Risk and Compliance Manager supports On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery against customer and internal KPIs for customer-led device manufacturing programmes. The role is responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks to OTIF performance, developing and implementing contingency plans, and ensuring compliance with all applicable safety, regulatory and operational standards.
