The role is 40%/60% split between new business prospecting and existing account growth.               What you’ll do as Oil &amp; Gas Sales Specialist - Abu Dhabi: <ul><li>Responsible for targeting, developing &amp; acquiring customers within your sales plan.</li><li>Motivated to meet and exceed targets. Revenue targets and sales KPI driven.</li><li>Ensure 3rd party costs are appropriately priced. (Fuel, Freight &amp; Rehire)</li><li>Establishes and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.</li><li>Process driven, following Aggreko’s sales process (sector sales excellence), as well as all CRM and CPQ processes. (salesforce) </li><li>Minimum sales activity requirements and CRM &amp; CPQ compliance requirements.</li><li>Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan for developing business, including product / sector revenue targets.</li><li>Identify new customers / business with a view to growing key account portfolio.</li><li>To ensure that the network of current and potential customers is expanded and maintained through weekly external face to face and telephone sales calls.</li><li>Prepare and submit proposals that include technical and commercial details of the client’s needs in accordance with Aggreko’s terms and conditions.</li><li>To acquire a sound knowledge of internal administrative practice, including all hire procedures and the quick track system, product knowledge and the operation of the depot overall.</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>Experience within the temporary power &amp; HVAC / Oil &amp; Gas industry</li><li>Degree qualification in sales or in a technical discipline OR Minimum 5 years of successful high-level sales experience in the industrial services environment. Dedication and commitment to achieving objectives.</li><li>Experience of selling (or renting) capital equipment or selling a technical / engineering solutions or services.
