Solution Design &amp; Architecture<ul><li>Design end-to-end solution architectures across application, cloud, integration, and data domains</li><li>Define scalable, resilient, and secure architectures aligned with enterprise standards</li><li>Drive adoption of modern architecture patterns (microservices, API-first, event-driven)</li></ul>2. Digital Transformation &amp; Modernization<ul><li>Lead modernization initiatives (legacy transformation, cloud migration, platform re-architecture)</li><li>Recommend architecture strategies using cloud-native and automation approaches</li><li>Ensure alignment with industry best practices (DevSecOps, CI/CD, platform engineering)</li></ul>3. Client Engagement &amp; Presales<ul><li>Engage clients to understand business requirements and translate into solution blueprints</li><li>Support presales activities including solution proposal, effort estimation, and technical presentations</li><li>Articulate business value, ROI, and technology roadmap to stakeholders</li></ul>4. Delivery Leadership<ul><li>Provide technical leadership across project lifecycle (design → build → deploy)</li><li>Work closely with delivery teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful implementation</li><li>Govern architecture compliance, quality, and risk management</li></ul>5. Technology Strategy &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Evaluate emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, Automation, Data platforms)</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and innovation within solution offerings</li><li>Contribute to reusable assets, frameworks, and reference architectures</li></ul>6. Governance &amp; Standards<ul><li>Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture standards</li><li>Maintain architecture documentation, design artifacts, and technical standards</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field</li><li>10–15+ years of experience in IT, with strong exposure to solution architecture</li><li>Proven experience in BFSI industry (banking, insurance, financial services)</li></ul><h1>Technical Competencies:</h1><ul><li>Strong experience in:<ul><li>Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)</li><li>Microservices and API architecture</li><li>Integration platforms and middleware</li><li>DevOps / DevSecOps practices</li><li>Enterprise system design and distributed systems</li></ul></li><li>Good understanding of:<ul><li>Data architecture and analytics platforms</li><li>Cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (BFSI context)</li><li>ITSM / ITIL practices</li></ul></li></ul><h1>Preferred Certifications:</h1><ul><li>TOGAF / Architecture frameworks</li><li>Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure)</li><li>PMP or equivalent</li></ul><h1>Key Attributes:</h1><ul><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions</li><li>Experience working in cross-functional and regional teams</li></ul>
