This role involves operating and maintaining semiconductor processing equipment, monitoring workflows, and collaborating with other technicians and engineers to ensure high-quality production and continuous improvement.This is a second shift position from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm Monday-Friday, which includes a 10% shift differential added to your base hourly rate of pay. This position will train for the first 8-12 weeks on the 1st Shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift.Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Extensive microscope work at seated and standing workstations</li><li>Use of common manufacturing chemicals and solvents</li><li>Communication with all phases of the operations team</li><li>Operation of Vacuum deposition tools and Wet Benches</li><li>Perform measurements and document results</li><li>Data entry for travelers and WIP tracking</li><li>Maintain documentation, product traceability, and system integrity</li><li>5S protocols: maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment</li><li>Assist Engineering in developmental processes, as necessary</li><li>Miscellaneous assigned support functions</li></ul>Job Qualifications:<ul><li>Communicate orally, read, and write using the English language</li><li>Good fine motor skills</li><li>Able to use small hand tools (tweezers, hex keys, and probes/picks)</li><li>Able to read and work from engineering documentation with minimal direction</li><li>Able to work in a cleanroom environment, ISO Class 6</li><li>Computer skills required</li><li>Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time</li><li>Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Visually inspect small parts</li><li>Use a microscope for long periods of time</li></ul>Desired Skills:<ul><li>3-4 years in a Manufacturing and/or Material environment</li></ul>Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.  Salary Range: $50,600.00-$67,500.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
