You lead the management reporting and forecasting for a globally active business group with divisions across multiple industries, partnering with senior leaders and driving modernization across reporting, processes, and systems.<ul><li>Reporting &amp; Forecasting: Lead the monthly management reporting and forecasting process, delivering transparency on key business drivers, ensuring high data quality and providing clear presentations for top management.</li><li>Analysis: Manage in-depth and ad-hoc analyses of business performance, delivering decision-ready insights to support our operational and strategic goals.</li><li>Planning: Drive the operative and strategic planning process across the group to shape the future direction and development of the business group.</li><li>Business Partnering: Closely cooperate with the Board of Management, senior management of divisions, and corporate functions by providing financial expertise.
