Absence (as relevant in line with agreed country scope)  </div><div><ul><li>Support time and attendance processing, including validations, corrections, and retro adjustments.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Resolve time‑related inquiries tied to payroll outcomes.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure time configurations and inputs align with local working time regulations, collective agreements and public holidays </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Keep contact with relevant local authorities as required.  </li></ul></div><div>Leave of Absence (LOA) (as relevant in line with agreed country scope)  </div><div><ul><li>Process and administer statutory and company leave programs (e.g., sickness, parental, disability, unpaid leave).  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Coordinate LOA impact on pay, benefits, and time tracking.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure accurate LOA documentation and tracking in Workday.  </li></ul></div></div><div><div> </div><div>Case Management  </div><div><ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1, resolve Tier 2 inquiries payroll, time, benefit questions   </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Partner with Country HR, People Support, Payroll Vendors, HRIS, and Benefits CoE as needed.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Document actions and decisions clearly and escalate risks appropriately. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Deliver timely and accurate support and execution in the Case tool and in accordance with the SLA framework for the team  </li></ul></div><div>Vendor Coordination (as relevant in line with agreed country scope)  </div><div><ul><li>Communicate with payroll/time system/benefits vendors to submit data, track processing status, and resolve routine issues. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support documentation and follow-up for vendor-related service tickets. </li></ul></div><div>Compliance &amp; Documentation </div><div><ul><li>Ensure payroll documentation is complete, accurate, and audit ready. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Follow established procedures to maintain compliance with local, state etc. regulations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support digital personnel file standards for payroll related documents </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure adherence to statutory requirements including tax filings, social security, and labor laws as required. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support year-end activities (e.g., tax forms, reconciliations, filings). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor payroll controls, variance analysis, and exception reporting as required. </li></ul></div><div>Payroll Reporting &amp; Analytics </div><div><ul><li>Generate and validate payroll reports (e.g. gross-to-net, variance, headcount, cost reports etc).  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Perform trend analysis and identify discrepancies or anomalies.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support finance and HR with payroll-related data requests.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assist in month-end and year-end reconciliations with Finance. </li></ul></div><div>System and Data Governance </div><div><ul><li>Ensure data accuracy in payroll, and time systems.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support system testing (UAT), enhancements, and implementations.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain audit trails. </li></ul></div><div>Continuous Improvement </div><div><ul><li>Partner closely with Country HR, Global People Support, HRIS, and vendors to improve efficiency.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Contribute to SOPs, help articles, and localization updates for payroll, time management and benefits processes.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support process improvements, automation opportunities, and standardization.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain audit‑ready documentation and support internal/external audits.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Flag compliance risks, process gaps, or recurring issues to regional People Services leadership. </li></ul></div><div>Qualifications </div><div><ul><li>Local qualifications in payroll or equivalent experience in Accounting, Payroll, or related field. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or local payroll qualification related field preferred. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Minimum 3-5 years of payroll experience. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Experience with payroll/time/benefit systems. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with payroll controls </li></ul></div><div>Skills </div><div><ul><li>Working knowledge of country payroll, time, tax, social security, leave, and benefits regulations.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong customer service and communication skills.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to work independently in a process-driven SSC environment </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Continuous improvement mindset </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Comfortable working with Workday, payroll/time/benefit vendor platforms </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proficient in Excel. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Fluency in English and local language as relevant. </li></ul></div><div> </div></div></div>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
