We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Sales Support Engineer to join our team in Istanbul. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales process, ensuring high-quality proposals, and delivering excellent customer experiences through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Support the preparation of quotations, commercial offers, and cost estimates</li><li>Assist with technical clarifications in coordination with Business Lines</li><li>Collaborate closely with sales support teams, factories, and internal stakeholders</li><li>Support Sales Managers and sales channels to meet customer and business requirements</li><li>Monitor order execution, with attention to costs, margins, and risks</li><li>Use CRM and sales tools to manage customer information, requests, and opportunities</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, including coordination with indirect sales channels</li><li>Contribute to pre-sales activities and offer management processes</li><li>Develop product knowledge and build expertise in the assigned product line</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical, or similar)</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar function</li><li>Strong technical background with hands-on experience in sales processes and tools (ordering, pricing, CRM systems)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate across functions, levels, and cultures</li><li>Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to engage effectively at different organizational levels</li><li>Good understanding of international business environments and customer expectations</li><li>Solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Resilient, proactive, and can-do attitude</li><li>Team player with strong networking and negotiation skills</li><li>English (proficient), Turkish (fluent).
