Acting as the senior escalation point for complex issues, you’ll drive improvements in vehicle reliability, diagnostics, and service performance, while shaping the future technical strategy to support emerging technologies and customer needs.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a highly experienced technical leader with a strong background in heavy automotive, bus, coach, or similar sectors. You will bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on expertise, with a proven ability to lead multi-site teams, solve complex technical challenges, and engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
