We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.</p><p>Your mission when joining the Autonomous Solutions Delivery team at Einride will be to drive autonomous freight sales for Einride by analyzing customers’ freight network data and transforming it into compelling, data-driven proposals.</p><p>We’re seeking a Solutions Developer who excels at the intersection of a sales-driven mindset and strong analytical skills. This role will own and drive the solution and deployment work for one of the key regions for Einride. As a key player in the sales and deployment process, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—product, sales, operations, safety, charging, electric mobility, and public affairs—to deliver seamless, impactful solutions and proposals.<br></p><h3>You will:</h3><ul><li>Analyze customer’s freight network data and turn raw data into insights for customers in autonomous and electric transportation roadmap.</li><li>Generate sales proposals for the customer based on the analysis outcomes.</li><li>Conduct research and technical/business analysis, developing presentations and reports that tell a compelling story.</li><li>Lead and facilitate customer discussions with senior stakeholders in conjunction with the commercial representatives.</li><li>Drive projects from conception to deployment while expertly managing internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Be the voice of the Autonomous Solutions Delivery team to the Product org to improve internal and external software products.</li><li>Support on other sales, operations, product, or strategic projects.</li></ul><h3>We expect you to have:</h3><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience.</li><li>5+ years of experience in analytical, customer-facing roles, preferably in transportation, logistics, management consulting, high-growth startups, or big tech firms.</li><li>Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Data Studio, Python, or other data analytics tools.</li><li>Acquainted with and eager to learn more in how to apply major AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT/Codex and Gemini in daily work.</li><li>Strong sales mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive client adoption.</li><li>Experience in freight, logistics, autonomous vehicles, EVs, and/or supply chain.</li></ul><p>This is a full-time position based in Stockholm.
