We seek an intern who is passionate about technology, analytics, and financial strategy, ready to make an impact in a dynamic, international environment.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting monthly reporting and forecasting (e.g., tracking performance, comparing actuals vs. forecast, and identifying drivers)</li><li>Building and improving Excel-based models and analyses (pivot tables, formulas, structured datasets)</li><li>Working with Power Query and Tableau to refresh, transform, and visualize data for reporting and dashboards</li><li>Helping automate and standardize reporting workflows, including:</li><ul><li>mapping the current process and proposing improvements</li><li>documenting steps and data rules</li><li>supporting testing and validating outputs</li></ul><li>Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver actionable insights</li><li>Supporting system/tool improvements (e.g., connecting data sources, improving consistency, contributing to templates and documentation)</li><li>Contributing ideas that strengthen our FP&amp;A processes and digital capabilities</li></ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a curious, hands-on intern who enjoys working with data, learning finance fundamentals, and improving processes.</p><p>You are:</p><ul><li>Analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured way of working</li><li>Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks</li><li>Able to work with a good level of independence and take ownership of outcomes</li><li>Interested in technology, automation, and improving how things are done</li><li>Confident communicating in English (written and spoken)</li></ul><p>You are currently studying:</p><ul><li>Currently enrolled in a  Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field</li></ul><p>Core skills:</p><ul><li>Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas; ability to work with large datasets)</li><li>Interest in (or exposure to) analytics tools such as Power Query and/or Tableau (dashboards, data visualization, automated refresh concepts)</li><li>A basic understanding of finance concepts (you don’t need to be an expert, but eager to learn)</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li>Exposure to Power Query for data transformation and dynamic reporting</li><li>Familiarity with SAP (extracting or interpreting actuals/forecast data)</li><li>Any automation experience (e.g., VBA, macros, scripting, or similar)</li><li>Curiosity about GenAI tools / prompt engineering for productivity or documentation (Co-pilot studio or Claude)</li></ul><p><strong>What you’ll gain</strong></p><ul><li>Real exposure to building and improving reporting using Excel, Power Query, and Tableau</li><li>Experience contributing to automation and process improvement projects</li><li>Practical experience in financial planning &amp; analysis (forecasting, variance analysis, performance drivers)</li><li>A better understanding of how finance supports business decisions in a cross-functional environment</li><li>Mentorship and feedback from an experienced FP&amp;A team, plus the chance to build a strong professional toolkit for your future career</li></ul><div> </div><div> </div><div><p><em>Lucid Motors is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
