For our strategic business segment Welding, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented professional to strengthen our network in Vietnam.In this role, you will act as a key link between Fronius and our local representatives and partners, ensuring outstanding technical support, high-quality service, and strong, lasting relationships.This is a fully remote, home office-based position, open to candidates located in the Ha Tinh region.<h1>Responsibilities</h1><div><ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for all technical and service-related inquiries</li><li>Provide professional technical support to representatives, partners, and end customers</li><li>Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and sustainably</li><li>Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with Fronius representatives and sales partners</li><li>Gather valuable market and customer feedback and share insights internally</li><li>Ensure compliance with Fronius sales and service guidelines, including the strategy of our business segment Welding</li><li>Support and organize regional events, exhibitions, and trade fairs</li><li>Plan and deliver training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders</li><li>Handle customer inquiries (existing and potential) with a solution-oriented mindset</li><li>Act as a vital interface between Fronius International GmbH and regional partners</li><li>Distribute relevant market and product information within the organization</li><li>Ensure high-quality system offers (OK point quality assurance)</li></ul></div><h1>Requirements</h1><ul><li>Technical qualification in a metalworking field such as pipeline construction, steel engineering, machine construction, shipbuilding, etc.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of MMA, TIG and MIG / MAG welding processes</li><li>Basic knowledge in robot handling</li><li>Electrical knowledge would be an advantage</li><li>Good sales and communication skills as well as a customer-oriented attitude</li><li>Willingness to travel (national and international)</li><li>Driving licence for motorcycles</li></ul>Are you ready for Fronius?
