This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling complex integrated solutions that combine hardware, software, and services. Acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for strategic clients, the professional manages key accounts, develops tailored solutions, and leads the end-to-end sales process. The role also contributes to the development of operational plans, new offerings, and improved sales processes, while influencing internal leadership and client stakeholders to achieve business objectives.<div></div>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through the sale of integrated technology solutions</li><li>Manage and grow relationships with new and existing regional, national, and strategic accounts</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and customer satisfaction</li><li>Identify client needs and recommend customized integrated solutions including networking, systems integration, and IT infrastructure support</li><li>Lead the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure</li><li>Coordinate and prepare high-quality bid documents, proposals, and RFP responses</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations to clients and stakeholders</li><li>Establish and execute operational sales plans aligned with organizational strategy</li><li>Develop and implement new processes, standards, and go-to-market approaches to improve sales effectiveness</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design competitive and innovative solutions</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market trends and client feedback</li><li>Influence client decision-makers and internal stakeholders to adopt proposed solutions and strategies</li></ul><div></div>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology sales, with a strong focus on integrated solutions (hardware, software, and services)</li><li>Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing large, strategic deals</li><li>Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus</li><li>Deep technical knowledge of networking, systems integration, IT infrastructure, and related services</li><li>Strong expertise in consultative and solution-based selling methodologies</li><li>Experience in bid management, proposal development, and contract negotiation</li><li>Solid financial acumen, including pricing, forecasting, and margin management</li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders</li><li>Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities</li><li>Advanced problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset</li><li>High level of autonomy, accountability, and ability to operate in complex environments</li><li>Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building and advisory skills</li></ul><h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
