This role leads the direct sales strategy across key regional, national, and strategic accounts, serving as the primary liaison between clients and the organization.As a senior leader, this role owns the execution of the sales strategy over a 1–3 year horizon, manages multiple sales teams through Managers or Team Leaders, and ensures alignment with organizational goals. The position requires strong business acumen, the ability to solve complex challenges, and the capacity to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own and execute short- to mid-term (1–3 years) integrated solutions sales strategy to achieve revenue targets</li><li>Drive growth across new and existing accounts of regional and strategic importance</li><li>Identify and develop opportunities for cross-selling integrated hardware and software solutions</li><li>Act as the key point of contact between clients and the organization</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders</li><li>Understand client business needs and recommend tailored integrated solutions</li><li>Promote and position integrated solutions, including networking, systems integration, and system support services</li><li>Support Sales Representatives product demonstrations and solution presentations</li><li>Stay current on offerings and communicate value to clients while supporting Sales Representatives in preparing and coordinating RFPs, bids, and proposals.</li><li>Ensure alignment between technical, commercial, and delivery teams during proposal development</li><li>Manage a department or business unit composed of multiple teams led by Managers and/or Team Leaders</li><li>Provide direction, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure team success</li><li>Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture</li><li>Solve highly complex problems requiring deep analysis and cross-functional collaboration</li><li>Influence senior leadership and stakeholders to adopt strategic approaches and solutions</li><li>Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the function</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field</li><li>MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred</li><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in technology sales</li><li>At least 5+ years in leadership/people management roles</li><li>Proven track record in selling integrated solutions (hardware + software + services)</li><li>Experience managing strategic and enterprise-level accounts</li><li>Strong knowledge of integrated technology solutions (e.g., networking, systems integration, IT infrastructure, managed services)</li><li>Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling</li><li>Experience in bid management, RFP responses, and proposal development</li><li>Financial acumen (pricing, margin management, forecasting)</li><li>CRM and sales pipeline management tools proficiency</li><li>Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities</li><li>Strong communication and executive-level influencing skills</li><li>Strategic thinking and decision-making ability</li><li>Problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach</li><li>Customer-centric mindset and relationship-building expertise</li><li>Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex environments</li><li>Fluent English (mandatory)</li></ul><h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
