Reimagine What’s Possible  ​The Document Controller is responsible for establishing, operating, and maintaining a robust document and information control system for the Cybersecurity scope required to be issued as a "Proof of Compliance" package to the local authorities for the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project. The role ensures that engineering, vendor, construction, cybersecurity, and project management documentation is accurately registered, reviewed, distributed, stored, and archived in compliance with project procedures, contractual requirements, and Air Products standards. The position supports effective digital collaboration across multiple stakeholders while safeguarding document integrity, traceability, and information security throughout the project lifecycle.This is a site-based position based out of Duba, Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia working on a rotation of 8 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF. This position is accountable for the following:<ul><li>This role operates within a large, multi‑contractor, mega‑project environment with high volumes of engineering and construction documentation.</li><li>The position interfaces closely with Project Engineering, Cyber Collaboration, EPC contractors, licensors, vendors, and site teams.</li><li>Works under general direction of the Cyber Collaboration Lead, exercising judgment in prioritization, accuracy, and confidentiality.</li><li>Continue to implement the established project document control system in line with Air Products, and Project specific procedures.</li></ul><ul><li>Register, track, distribute, and archive engineering, vendor, construction, cybersecurity, and project management documents across all project phases.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate document transmittals to internal teams, EPC contractors, vendors, and client representatives.</li><li>Maintain document numbering, revision control, metadata accuracy, and full audit trails within approved electronic document management systems (EDMS).</li><li>Coordinate document review workflows, monitor overdue actions, and issue status reports to engineering and project leadership.</li><li>Enforce compliance with information classification, cybersecurity, and data‑handling requirements for sensitive and controlled documents.</li><li>Support digital collaboration platforms and common data environments in coordination with the Cyber Collaboration Lead.</li><li>Perform regular document control quality checks and resolve discrepancies, missing data, or non‑conformances.</li><li>Prepare and issue document control metrics, dashboards, and progress reports as required by the project.</li><li>Support project close‑out activities, including final handover documentation, archiving, and records retention.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science/ Information Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 10 to 15 years of document control experience in large engineering, EPC, or industrial mega‑projects (oil &amp; gas, chemicals, hydrogen, or energy).</li><li>Demonstrated experience working with electronic document management systems (EDMS) in a multi‑contractor environment.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of document numbering, revision control, transmittals, and audit requirements.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and SharePoint‑based platforms.</li></ul><ul><li>Prior experience on NEOM, region hydrogen, or large Middle East industrial projects.</li><li>Exposure to cybersecurity‑aware document environments or digital collaboration platforms.</li><li>Experience working in site‑based, multicultural project teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Certification in Document Control or Records Management (e.g., ACONEX, SharePoint, or equivalent) – preferred.</li><li>Any relevant information management or digital collaboration certification is an advantage.</li></ul>#LI-LG1 Founded in 1940, Air Products is a world-leading industrial gases company and has a proud history of innovation, operational excellence, with an unwavering commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
