As an Inventory  Lead, your role is pivotal in supporting the on-time delivery of all customer orders from the FC. Identifies and resolves inventory-related issues promptly to prevent disruptions.</li><li>Supports the maintenance of optimum stock levels by ensuring accurate documentation in our Warehouse Management System (WMS). </li><li>Conducts regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain real-time accuracy in inventory records. Coordinates with warehouse leadership to schedule counts without disrupting daily operations.</li><li>Enforces FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices in the warehouse to ensure product quality and freshness for our customers.</li><li>Provides guidance, feedback, and support to ensure their team understands and adheres to our standard operating procedures.</li><li>Trains new Inventory associates. </li><li>Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to food safety, quality control, and inventory management.</li></ul>What you have:<ul><li>Authorized to work in the United States.</li><li>Experience or comfort with working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees)</li><li>Strong verbal communications skills</li><li>Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you to</li><li>Ability to thrive in a repetitive and fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation</li><li>Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation</li></ul>Nice for you to have:<ul><li>HS Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)</li><li>Experience working in a food based environment</li></ul> Schedule:Mon to Friday 5am to 1:30pmPay: $21.00Please see here for Misfits Market's <a href="https://www.misfitsmarket.com/careers-privacy">Job Applicant Privacy Notice</a>.
