<h1>Marketing Program Specialist</h1><p><strong></strong></p><h2><strong><strong>Summary</strong></strong></h2><p></p><p>A Marketing Program Specialist (reporting to the Manager of Growth Marketing) oversees and coordinates multiple marketing initiatives to ensure they align with business goals and run efficiently. This role focuses on program-level execution and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that various marketing workstreams operate in sync.  </p><h2><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li>Collaborate with Manager of Growth Marketing, Product Management, and Sales teams to design, implement, and oversee programs, ensuring strategic alignment and driving growth opportunities.</li><li>Work closely with and provide strategic and administrative support to the entire marketing and product team.</li><li>Work on ad-hoc projects as required.</li></ul><h3><strong>Program Management:</strong></h3><ul><li>Coordinate multi-channel marketing programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and seamless execution.</li><li>Develop and manage detailed project timelines, consistently meeting all milestones and deadlines.</li><li>Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing programs, providing actionable recommendations.</li></ul><h3><strong>Sales Development:</strong></h3><ul><li>Convert inbound customer or prospect interest for SkySpecs solutions into booked meetings for Sales and Customer Success team members. </li><li>Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead management, providing actionable recommendations.</li></ul><h3><strong>Event Assistance:</strong></h3><ul><li>Support preparation for events.</li><li>Support trade show organization.</li></ul><h3><strong>Content &amp; Digital Marketing Support:</strong></h3><ul><li>Strategically manage and schedule social media content across all platforms, while proactively identifying opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness.</li><li>Coordinate and support the execution of SkySpecs hosted webinars, including promotional planning, content development, registration management, and post-event reporting.</li><li>Oversee the translation process (where required) for marketing materials, including collateral, blog posts, and web content, ensuring high-quality, culturally appropriate translations that align with SkySpecs brand.</li><li>Organize and manage editable and final creative assets, ensuring all files are properly categorized, easy to access, and up-to-date for stakeholder use.</li><li>Assist with writing event promo copy for ads, invitations, collateral, email, and newsletters, as needed.</li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><h2><strong><strong>Requirements</strong></strong></h2><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or equivalent work experience</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3+ years of related Marketing experience<strong></strong></li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><h2><strong>Location &amp; Logistics</strong></h2><p>This role is based on U.S. Eastern Time.
