Our Buildings &amp; Places team based in Sydney are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support the continued growth of the business. This opportunity presents an excellent opportunity to develop your experience in delivering multi-disciplinary projects across the defence and data-centre space.What will a day in this role look like:<ul><li>Utilise your extensive design experience to facilitate high-quality and cost-effective work on a variety of projects varying in size, scope and sector. </li><li>Lead mechanical designs and delivery for our major client projects including participating in the technical review of projects whilst working collaboratively with the broader team.</li><li>Assist in the mentoring and guidance of junior engineers within the local and national team including performing quality control review of design calculations and drawings.</li><li>Work effectively within our multi-disciplinary engineering teams on major projects including contributing to interdisciplinary review of project deliverables. </li></ul>Please note, due to the nature of the projects Australian Citizenship is required, with previous or current defence clearance highly regarded.
