An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. </li><li>Demonstrated experience with SAP IS-U/CCS (Customer Care and Services) Utility System.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP includes but is not limited to the functional areas of: Retail Access, EDI, Device Management, Back office and Front office.</li><li>Understanding of Customer Service related business processes.</li><li>Strong Analytical, complex problem, solving and successful negotiation skills in a fast-paced workplace environment.</li><li>Able to work with others to design effective processes and system solutions.
