Job Description:<h3>Qualifications &amp; Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in supply planning, preferably within a manufacturing environment</li><li>Hands-on experience with MRP systems</li><li>Strong understanding of supply chain principles, planning methodologies, and best practices</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and drive performance outcomes</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and a results-oriented mindset</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams</li><li>Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering against targets</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Drive end-to-end supply planning for assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with customer demand and project timelines</li><li>Execute supplier allocations based on customer schedules, supplier capacity, contractual agreements, and inventory positions</li><li>Analyze item-level demand versus capacity to identify and proactively mitigate supply risks</li><li>Develop and manage ramp-up and ramp-down plans for new product introductions (NPI)</li><li>Provide early risk visibility to Delivery Managers and lead supplier recovery plans to mitigate delays, liquidated damages, or penalties</li><li>Own vendor performance metrics, with a focus on improving On-Time Delivery (OTD)</li><li>Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for vendors, coordinating cross-functionally with Procurement, Sourcing, NPI, and Logistics teams</li><li>Establish and maintain robust communication protocols across the value chain to ensure transparency and proactive issue resolution</li><li>Lead weekly supplier reviews covering purchase orders, raw materials, forecasts, quality, and logistics updates</li><li>Participate in and contribute to supplier QBRs, driving continuous improvement and partnership effectiveness</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply planning efficiency and accuracy</li><li>Support the testing, adoption, and scaling of Anaplan to strengthen planning system capabilities</li><li>Prepare and present reports and insights on supply planning performance and risks</li></ul>At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
