<div>Job Type</div><div>Full-time</div><p> The Parts Associate will be responsible for managing and organizing parts inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. This role does not involve direct customer interaction, but does involve vendor interaction by placing orders, and exchanges/returns/cores.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul><li><strong>Inventory Management:</strong> Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts and supplies. </li><li><strong>Record Keeping:</strong> Maintain accurate inventory records of parts going to the shop. </li><li><strong>Stock Control:</strong> Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as necessary to ensure adequate supply. </li><li><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Inspect parts for quality and report any discrepancies or defects. </li><li><strong>Warehouse Organization:</strong> Ensure parts are stored in an orderly and accessible manner while keeping the parts department clean. </li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with other team members and technicians. </li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Previous experience in inventory management or a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks,  construction equipment, hydraulics, or garbage bodies is a plus. Ability to drive a forklift. 1 year or more of automotive or diesel parts experience.</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Familiarity with basic computer skills. </li><li><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> Ability to lift and move heavy parts and supplies as needed.  </li><li><strong>Team Player:</strong> Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. </li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong> Each full-time eligible employee receives a competitive total compensation packet including Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life Insurance, and STD.
