You will be improving the performance of the existing energy storage unit and helping to build a 10x larger unit.&nbsp;<h4>Competencies</h4>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Energy, Drive, Speed and Frugality●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to act as a team player in a cohesive team, constructively seek and provide critique●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Constant willingness to learn and improve●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong mechanical aptitude●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The ability to set up, fixture, and assemble parts to meet assembly drawing requirements.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The ability to trim, file, grid, deburr, bluff or smooth surfaces, seams or joints of assembled parts using hand tools or portable power tools.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously&nbsp;<h4>Responsibilities</h4>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead testing, scaling and efficiency improvement of energy storage units●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead planning for manufacturing multiple commercial units●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Actively interact with customers, corporate partners and contractors to achieve the above.●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work in a small, driven, collaborative team with a large amount of autonomy and ownership.&nbsp;<h4>Outcomes</h4>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Run trials on existing unit under varying operational parameters●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Leverage learnings to help build l0x larger unit in parallel●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead planning for producing commercial units<h4>Qualifications</h4>This is a hands on role. The ability to move fast and the knack for getting things done is necessary. An innovative mindset with prior experience in running pilot/commercial scale thermal or related processes is preferred but not necessary. 2+ experience in Chemical and Manufacturing industry is preferred. Understanding of electrical circuits and integration is preferred.
