You’ll work cross-functionally with sharp and fast colleagues who will expect the same from you.  What You'll Do <ul><li>Engage directly with utilities, developers, OEMs, and EPC contractors to draft, negotiate, and close transactions. </li></ul><ul><li>Shape standard-setting complex terms for our technology: warranties, performance guarantees, commissioning obligations, and more. </li></ul><ul><li>Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Finance. You will be an active member in their workstreams and a critical piece to advance business objectives. </li></ul><ul><li>Build templates, playbooks, and intake processes so agreement one hundred moves faster than agreement ten. </li></ul><ul><li>Call the risk. Own routine matters outright; escalate the ones with outsized exposure. </li></ul> What You'll Bring Required Qualifications <ul><li>J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar. </li></ul><ul><li>5+ years of legal experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, with a track record of running deals to signature yourself. </li></ul><ul><li>Fluency in commercial risk allocation.
