GROPYUS is using scalable construction and manufacturing solutions to tap into a future market, boost Europe's strength in innovation, while also playing a substantial role in improving sustainability.</div>What you’ll be doing <ul><li>Fire Safety Design and Product Development for timber buildings in building class 4 and 5 </li><li>Implementation of state-of-the-art solutions in our residential Building Product </li><li>Constant and controlled evolution of the Product within the Series- and Change Management </li><li>Coordination with design disciplines like Architecture, Engineering, MEP, Building Physics, Acoustics, and Energy Design </li><li>Contribute to the improvement of short-term and long-term certification strategies of our building product </li><li>Design and coordinate physical tests in the GROPYUS prototyping center at our factory and with external testing institutes </li><li>Communication with external consultants, authorities, and institutes </li><li>Contribute to the public discourse over the advancement of fire safety regulations in Germany through various involvements of GROPYUS </li></ul> What’s exciting about the role <ul><li>Challenge the industry and develop new ways to work on buildings </li><li>Opportunity for continuous learning and development </li><li>Being surrounded by professionals coming from diverse backgrounds (tech, production, automotive, product, sustainability etc.), working together on a common goal </li></ul>About you Must have<ul><li>Experience in the construction industry and project experience in LP5+ project stage in Germany and/or Austria</li><li>Proficiency in relevant German and/or Austrian regulations and codes </li><li>Experience in developing fire safety strategies</li><li>Fluent English and German skills </li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li>Experience in residential buildings of building class 4 and/or 5</li><li>Experience in timber construction</li><li>Experience in certification of products </li><li>Experience in Rhino or Revit a plus, alternatively AutoCAD</li></ul>What we offer  <ul><li>An unlimited contract with 30 vacation days. </li><li>Flexible work: We value regular in‑person collaboration in the office, while also offering working from home and the opportunity to work up to 40 days a year from abroad.</li><li>Attractive perks and benefits: We offer a company pension scheme, language courses (English/German), and employee discounts with selected sustainable brands.
