<ul><li>Review and verify process design calculations for sewage treatment plants (STP), pumping stations, and irrigation systems</li><li>Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality standards, guidelines, and regulations</li><li>Evaluate hydraulic profiles, flow diagrams (PFDs), and piping &amp; instrumentation diagrams (P&amp;IDs)</li><li>Assess treatment processes (primary, secondary, tertiary) and recommend improvements</li><li>Review contractor’s technical submittals related to process equipment and systems</li><li>Verify design reports, method statements, and material submittals</li><li>Coordinate with DM for approvals, comments, and design clarifications</li><li>Review and respond to RFIs related to process engineering</li><li>valuate and inspect installation of process equipment such as: Pumps, blowers, filters, clarifiers Chemical dosing systems Odor control systems</li><li>Ensure equipment meets project specifications and performance criteria</li><li>Witness factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT)</li><li>Monitor installation of process systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings</li><li>Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams for interface issues</li><li>Conduct site inspections and issue observations/NCRs where required</li><li>Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards</li><li>articipate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities</li><li>Verify system performance against design parameters</li><li>Monitor trial runs and process optimization</li><li>Ensure proper calibration of instruments and control systems</li><li>nsure all works comply with project specifications, DM standards, and international codes</li><li>Support QA/QC processes and documentation</li><li>Review O&amp;M manuals and as-built documentation</li></ul>
