Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Project Engineer II/III - Structure &amp; Bridge Design candidate for our Raleigh, NC office location or working remotely.Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Perform routine and complex design of steel piles and steel connections.</li><li>Perform routine and complex design of cast-in-place concrete slabs.</li><li>Understanding of general renewable energy nomenclature</li><li>Assist with the development of scope, schedule and budgets for projects</li><li>Assist with the management of projects and tasks</li><li>Assist with marketing and proposal development</li></ul>Skills/Requirements of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required, Master’s degree preferred</li><li>2+ years of solar structure design experience required</li><li>PE License is a plus</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in structural design software packages, specifically LPile, Mathcad, Excel</li><li>Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD for plan development</li><li>Proficiency with Excel/AutoCAD interoperability to create pile plot plans is as plus</li></ul>
