This position includes maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems within our manufacturing facility, with some small amounts of fabrication and welding. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to workplace safety.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems effectively</li><li>Install, modify, and upgrade industrial equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation of repairs and services</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with maintenance Supervisor and production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards at all times.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to maintain production up times</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED is required; and/or technical certifications in HVAC, hydraulics, electrical, millwrighting are all acceptable</li><li>1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environment.</li><li>Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing low voltage electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.</li><li>Familiarity with PLC programming, motor controls, and variable frequency drives is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li><li>Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces</li><li>Capability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks in various environmental conditions.</li></ul>Pay &amp; Shift:<ul><li>Starting hourly rate of $30.17/hour</li><li>Monday-Friday day shift 6am-2:30pm or 8am-4:30pm, with some occasional weekend work</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance plans.</li><li>Retirement plan with company match.</li><li>Paid time off and holidays.</li><li></ul>
