With the main focus on material availability, quality and cost. </li><li>Support the Factory Supply Chain Manager by streamlining daily operations and alleviating workload through proactive collaboration and efficient task management.</li><li>Define and implement local sourcing strategies in alignment with regional goals.</li><li>Develop and maintain the supply base, focusing on quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.</li><li>Conduct supplier evaluations and drive improvement projects as needed.</li><li>Identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with category teams and quality specialists.</li><li>Establish and update agreements with major suppliers, including pricing and purchase terms, to meet business directives.  </li></ul>Your background<ul><li>You are a curious, driven and adaptable person ready to challenge yourself and inspire others towards continuous improvement.</li><li>You possess excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills—fostering collaboration and trust across diverse teams and suppliers.</li><li>You have a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset.</li><li>A degree in Engineering is preferred.
