We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Role PurposeTo support the General Ledger (GL) function during the SAP S/4HANA implementation by performing day-to-day accounting activities in both the new system and the existing ERP, while actively contributing to project-related tasks.Duration12 month contractKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Ongoing support of General Ledger (GL) processes in SAP S/4HANA and the legacy ERP system</li><li>Participation in month-end closing and account reconciliations</li><li>Verification of financial data accuracy</li><li>Support for SAP S/4HANA implementation activities (including data migration and system testing)</li><li>Collaboration with the project team and support in process documentation</li></ul>Requirements (must have)<ul><li>University degree (or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, or Economics</li><li>Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting (GL preferred)</li><li>Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (mandatory)</li><li>Understanding of accounting principles and GL processes</li><li>English proficiency at minimum B2 level (international environment)</li><li>Good knowledge of Excel</li><li>Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills</li><li>Teamwork and communication skills</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience in SAP S/4HANA or other ERP implementation projects</li><li>Experience in month-end closing and account reconciliations</li><li>Basic knowledge of reporting standards (e.g., IFRS)</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Participation in a strategic SAP S/4HANA implementation project</li><li>Work in an international environment</li><li>Support from an experienced finance team</li></ul>Candidate ProfileAn early-career GL professional who is comfortable working across two systems simultaneously, has experience with SAP S/4HANA, and is motivated to grow within an implementation project environment.<h3>#LI-Hybrid</h3><h3>#LI-CY01</h3>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
