You'll have;</li><li>Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a mechanical supervisor or similar role in renewable energy projects, specifically in thermal, BESS, wind, solar, and hybrid systems.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices related to renewable energy infrastructure.</li><li>Experience managing mechanical teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Qualifications: Mechanical or similar required and Project Management desired.</li><li>Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.</li><li>Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.  </li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
