To enable this high-performance every team member enjoys full autonomy over their location (we’re remote-first).</div>The Markets Lead – Southern Europe / Northern &amp; Western Europe will play a pivotal role in steering refurbed’s commercial planning through data-driven forecasting and cross-functional collaboration for the respective regional markets cluster.This role connects demand planning, market needs, and marketing investments to ensure marketing spend is aligned with overall market strategy. You will work on demand forecasting processes, develop analytical frameworks to project sales trends, and translate marketing and commercial inputs into actionable plans — ensuring refurbed’s markets remain agile, sustainable, and growth-focused.You will work closely with performance marketing, category &amp; supply teams, CRM, product, and other commercial teams.WHO YOU ARE:<ul><li>5–7 years of experience in commercial strategy, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or demand planning within e-commerce or marketplace environments.</li><li>Strong quantitative and analytical skills; advanced Excel and Looker (or equivalent BI) proficiency.</li><li>Solid understanding of marketing metrics and e-commerce funnel KPIs.</li><li>Demonstrated deep expertise in Southern European / Northern &amp; Western European market dynamics (cultural, commercial, and competitive). Able to translate local consumer behavior into marketing strategy. Native-level understanding preferred.</li><li>Southern Europe focuses on scaling growth in developing and high-potential Mediterranean markets with strong localization and brand-building needs across Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, and Greece.</li><li>North Western Europe focuses on accelerating growth and competitive positioning in mature, high-value markets across Ireland, the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.</li></ul>Location &amp; eligibility: This role is open to candidates based in Europe (including UK) only with a valid right to workWHAT YOU'LL DO:<ul><li>Market Lead: Lead a cluster of markets into long-term sustainable success in growth and efficiency.</li><li>Commercial Marketing Integration: Serve as the commercial liaison by delivering market projections and insights that inform quarterly reviews and annual/quarterly budget planning.</li><li>Marketing Strategy: You will define and own the end-to-end marketing strategy for your markets, using strong local consumer knowledge and insights to drive efficient scale and long-term market success.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align demand expectations with marketing strategies across teams by translating complex data into actionable, stakeholder-ready insights.</li><li>Demand Planning: Develop and communicate data-driven short- and long-term demand forecasts, integrating market KPIs, seasonality, and risk scenarios to guide strategic decisions.</li><li>Media Buying: Drive effective upper-funnel media strategy by coordinating with agencies and brand teams, forecasting demand impact, evaluating ROI, and owning post-campaign analyses.</li><li>Growth Projects: Identify, evaluate, and lead high-impact, data-driven growth initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional partners.</li></ul><div>WHY YOU WILL ENJOY WORKING WITH US:Our Culture and Values:<ul><li>Decisions should be made based on facts and not by hierarchy levels? It sells renewed phones, laptops and tablets which are up to 40% cheaper and 100% more environmentally friendly than their brand-new, store-bought counterparts.
