ICON is hiring a Senior Product Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver BuildOS: our software platform for design, construction planning, print execution, and fleet management, used by architects, project managers, and construction operators. In this role, you will apply strong product and program management skills to keep a multi-module software team focused, organized, and on schedule. You will run day-to-day delivery, partner with engineering leads, and connect the software team with robotics, field operations, and business development. RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Sprint and Release Execution: Plan sprints, track progress, and coordinate releases with the engineering team. You have managed backlogs, sprint plans, and roadmaps at scale.</li><li>Experience coordinating work between software and hardware, operations, or field teams.</li><li>Clear communication across audiences. You can share a short update with a VP and dig into scope with an engineer in the same hour.</li><li>A history of protecting team capacity while keeping partner trust.</li><li>Comfort with shifting priorities.
