You’ll provide guidance, leadership, and expert advice across operations, helping to minimise risk, prevent incidents, and build a proactive safety culture. This role also plays a key part in shaping and implementing EHS policies, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the effective integration of the wider Group H&amp;S strategy.What We’re Looking For You’ll bring strong experience in a Health &amp; Safety leadership role, ideally within a manufacturing environment. You will be an effective communicator with the confidence to engage at all levels of the organisation, set high standards, influence behaviours, and build positive working relationships.
