This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and organisation of project-related information and contractual documents across various projects in the UK. A thorough understanding of Common Data Environment (CDE) systems is essential, along with exposure to large-scale construction projects.Here's what you'll do CDE Implementation and Management<ul><li>Assist in the implementation and operation of the organisation’s CDE.</li><li>Set up new project standards and develop 'how-to' guides for new projects.</li><li>Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to CDE, including invitations and workflow updates.</li></ul>Training and Development<ul><li>Provide training to internal and external project members on project-specific CDE systems and protocols.</li><li>Become the regional expert in CDE usage, offering training and support to new users.</li><li>Produce regional system usage reports for project teams and the System Manager.</li></ul>Collaboration and Communication<ul><li>Liaise with DCs and project teams to provide effective feedback &amp; reports to steering &amp; management teams.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure efficient CDE utilisation and offer best practice advice.</li></ul>Quality Assurance and Compliance<ul><li>Manage incoming datasets on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with protocols and standards.</li><li>Implement thorough QA/QC procedures on all transmitted information, ensuring compliance with project protocols.</li><li>Control project documentation across multiple simultaneous projects and maintain project record files.</li></ul>Client and Stakeholder Interaction<ul><li>Serve as the point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal management regarding project information auditing and sourcing.</li><li>Download and distribute formal and informal issues to internal teams and consultants.</li></ul>Documentation Management<ul><li>Review drawings, attach relevant comments, and submit them back onto project systems.</li><li>Manage essential project forms such as RFIs, correspondences, and site submittals.</li><li>Assist in maintaining the integrity of digital security systems to safeguard sensitive project information.</li><li>Monitor incoming project deliverables against MIDPs and produce reporting accordingly.</li></ul>
