This role is critical in ensuring materials, components, and job kits are delivered efficiently to keep production running smoothly. This position is offered on a permanent basis and will be located in Havant, UK. Key Responsibilities :  <ul><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Deliver raw materials and components to CNC machines</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Move completed parts to inspection, stores, or next operations.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Prepare and stage job kits ahead of machine changeovers</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Support production flow and minimise machine downtime</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Maintain clean and organised work areas in line with 5S standards</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Ensure correct labelling, traceability, and safe handling of materials</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Work closely with Supervisors, Planners, Stores, and Operators</li></ul> What We’re Looking For:<ul><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Experience in a manufacturing or CNC machining environment</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Strong organisation and time management skills</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Good communication and teamwork abilities</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Ability to work independently and proactively</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Basic ERP / job card / stock system knowledge</li></ul> Desirable:<ul><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">FLT or lifting equipment licence</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Experience in high mix / low volume manufacturing</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles</li></ul> If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
