This position plays a critical role in ensuring order accuracy, timely execution, and seamless communication between sales, customers, and internal teams, while also leveraging data and systems to improve visibility and performance. </div><div>This role is less focused on strategic sales operations and more aligned to day-to-day sales support execution, pipeline coordination, and order lifecycle management. </div><div> </div><div>Key Responsibilities </div><div>Sales &amp; Order Support Execution </div><div><ul><li>Assist sales teams with proposal support activities, including coordinating data and inputs for prop studies. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support forecast inputs and updates, partnering with sales to ensure pipeline accuracy. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Manage order and ship date accuracy, proactively coordinating updates and resolving changes with internal stakeholders. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor order reports for missing or incomplete information, driving closure to ensure orders progress efficiently through the system. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Act as a point of coordination between Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment. </li></ul></div><div>Salesforce &amp; Pipeline Support </div><div><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity and order data within Salesforce. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assist in pipeline tracking, basic reporting, and data hygiene activities to support sales visibility. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Help drive consistency in CRM usage across the sales team (light enablement vs. ownership). </li></ul></div><div>Forecasting &amp; Coordination </div><div><ul><li>Support forecast consolidation and updates based on sales inputs and order flow. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure alignment between customer demand, order timing, and supply availability. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Identify discrepancies between forecast and actual order activity, escalating as needed. </li></ul></div><div>Reporting &amp; Process Support </div></div><div><div><ul><li>Generate standard reports related to orders, pipeline status, and forecast updates. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Track key execution metrics such as order completeness, timing changes, and backlog status. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assist in identifying process gaps and improving order flow efficiency. </li></ul></div><div>Cross-Functional Collaboration </div><div><ul><li>Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth order lifecycle management. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Serve as a central coordination point for resolving order-related issues and driving follow-up actions. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Qualifications:</div><div><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field is preferred </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Language: C1 or C2 English proficiency (written and spoken) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience: 2–4 years in sales support, customer service, order management, or demand/operations support </li></ul></div><div>Skills </div><div><ul><li>Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (data entry, reporting, pipeline tracking) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong attention to detail with focus on order accuracy and process execution </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Solid Excel skills (reporting, tracking, basic analysis) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong coordination and communication skills across teams </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Preferred </div><div><ul><li>Experience in order management or inside sales support roles </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or fulfillment processes </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience supporting field sales teams in an industrial environment </li></ul></div><div> </div><div> </div></div>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
