The Safety Processor is a robust and high availability component within the ADS that monitors for faults and arbitrates between redundant sub-systems. The process to analyze the recorded data files and document evidence takes significant time and effort. </div><div> </div><div> </div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Provide a method to automate the generation of test report</li><li>Perform the analysis on Safety Processor functionalities such as redundant takeover detection, steering angle and angle rate limitation, speed limitation and brake effort limitation.</li><li>Directly patch the analyzed results into the Plus Requirements Management System with proper test evidence.</li><li>Discover any abnormal characteristics out of the analyzed CAN data (e.g. unauthorized step change, CAN data loss, etc.)</li></ul><h3>Required Skills:</h3><ul><li>Actively enrolled in a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related Engineering study</li><li>Previous experience or research with Autonomous Driving, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) or Robotics</li><li>Proficiency in Python and C++, using linux based tools preferred, but not necessary</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills:</h3><ul><li>Working knowledge of automotive safety standards (ISO 26262, SOTIF etc)</li><li>Experience with vehicle level control software for powertrain, battery, chassis, etc.</li><li>Knowledge of vehicle communication networks/protocols</li></ul><br><div>Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Your opportunities joining PlusAI</b></div><div>Work, learn and grow in a highly future-oriented, innovative and dynamic field.</div><div>Wide range of opportunities for personal and professional development.</div><div>Catered free lunch, unlimited snacks and beverages.</div><div>Highly competitive salary and benefits package, including 401(k) plan.</div>
