In addition, the Customer Accounts Coordinator is responsible for any duties that are assigned to them by the Customer Account Management Manager. This role must have a solid understanding of the requirements needed for getting projects ready for installation and strong project management skills. This Customer Account Coordinator will report to the Customer Account Management Manager.</p><br><br><h3>Essential Functions and Duties:</h3><ul><div><p>● Assisting in all things AHJ, HOA, and Utility interconnection/rebates related.</p><p>● Acting as a point of contact for all Sales and other Department questions and</p><p>inquiries.</p><p>● Submitting architectural improvement requests to AHJ, HOAs, (homeowner’s</p><p>associations) and POAs (property owners associations) for solar panel installations,</p><p>including all necessary communication and follow-ups with AHJ, HOAs, and POAs.</p><p>● Submitting interconnection requests to utilities for solar panel installations, including all</p><p>necessary communication and follow-ups with utilities.</p><p>● Ensuring timely processing of AHJ, HOA, and interconnection applications.</p><p>● Tracking and submitting payments/receipts to Accounting.</p><p>● Working with the Customer Care, Resolutions, Operations teams, and the Sales team in</p><p>providing detailed updates on project statuses.</p><p>● Communicating with the Sales and Operations teams regarding details of projects,</p><p>including inquiring on necessary details.</p><p>● Work in collaboration with the Senior Customer Account Coordinators and Supervisors.</p><p>● Assist with other duties as assigned by the Customer Account Management Manager or Customer Accounts Supervisors</p><p>●Expected to work on-site in office Monday through Friday</p><p>●Collaborate on-site as needed with the Regional Operations Manager to facilitate regional project communication and scheduling readiness</p><p>●Manage regional queues to support the regional operations team if based at a satellite office</p></div></ul><h3> Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>High School/GED degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) </li><li>Prior solar/construction experience is strongly preferred</li><li>Must have Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office experience (including Excel and Word)</li><li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><h3>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: </h3><ul><p>● Detail-oriented</p><p>● Strong organizational skills</p><p>● Project Management skills</p><p>● Ability to multitask</p><p>● Excellent customer service skills</p><p>● Must have strong verbal and written communication skills</p><p>● Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)</p><p>● Professional demeanor</p><p>● Availability to work on-site</p></ul><h3>Physical and Environmental Requirements:</h3><ul><div><p>Light lifting, under 15 lbs; Light carrying, under 15 lbs; Straight pulling; Simple grasping;</p><p>Walking; Standing; Sitting; Operating office equipment; Operating motor vehicle; Ability to see;</p><p>Identify colors; Hearing (with aid); Ability to write; Ability to count; Ability to read; Ability to</p><p>tell time; Travel by car 10% of time; Inside; Working closely with others; Working alone.</p></div></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:16px;">We understand you may be a great candidate without fitting all our preferred experience, knowledge, skills, and attributes.
