The individual will ensure that all licensing submissions, technical drawings, vendor files, and compliance records are accurately tracked, updated, and accessible across our teams.</div><br><br><h3>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h3><ul><div><li>System Management: Oversee the electronic document (Google Drive) system to organize, archive, and distribute documentation</li><li>Version Control: Enforce the standards in Last Energy's "Document and Records Control" procedure, including naming, storage, and technical sign-offs</li><li>File Distribution: Manage the official transfer of documents between internal teams, manufacturing partners, and external consultants</li><li>Quality Assurance: Check incoming files for accuracy and complete formatting to keep master registries audit-ready</li></div></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><div><li>3+ of document control experience within a technical field, such as engineering, construction, or manufacturing</li><li>High proficiency with digital file management software and advanced spreadsheets</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills to handle fast-moving projects</li></div></ul><br>
