You'll run deals from first contact to close, managing complex, high-value contracts with energy investors, developers, and operators. This is a quota-carrying role with real scope - you'll be one of the early commercial voices in the US market as we scale.What You'll Do<ul><li>Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and close</li><li>Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts across the Americas</li><li>Deliver compelling demos of the Modo Energy Terminal, connecting product capability directly to customer problems</li><li>Negotiate and close deals valued between $40,000 and $200,000</li><li>Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your book of business</li><li>Forecast accurately in HubSpot and maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene</li><li>Feed customer insight back into product and go-to-market strategy</li><li>Represent Modo Energy at industry events, conferences, and client meetings</li></ul>What We're Looking ForThe Essentials<ul><li>5–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, selling research, data, or analytics products to mid-market or enterprise customers</li><li>Proven quota attainment in a startup or scale-up environment</li><li>Experience managing complex deal cycles at deal values consistent with this role</li><li>Comfortable working autonomously and building pipeline without heavy SDR support</li><li>Active use of AI tools is a core expectation of this role - for prospect research, outreach, call prep, and day-to-day efficiency.
