<p>You will be responsible for providing strategic administrative and organizational support to senior leadership team. </p><ul><li>Direct support on daily activities to 3-4 members of the senior leadership team  </li><li>Organizing business travel accommodation arrangement and handling all related logistics</li><li>Rack daily expenses </li><li>Processing requests and inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.</li><li>Managing complex schedules: planning meetings, scheduling appointments, and proactively managing reminders.</li><li>Organizing business travel and handling all related logistics.</li><li>Provide professional and, at times, personal support to managers (document formatting, presentation preparation, information management and processing).</li></ul>
