Located near Philadelphia, with easy access to the Northeast corridor, TJT offers a small company atmosphere, while enjoying the benefits of being part of a larger corporation.Position SummaryEnsures the quality, reliability and validity of Teledyne’s processes, procedures and Quality Management systems for Teledyne’s Quality Assurance department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:<ul><li>Responsible for Quality System Maintenance and support.</li><li>Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.</li><li>Assist Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.</li><li>Lead and Support continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system with tools such as Six Sigma, Kaizen lean methods, etc.</li><li>Support the development of training to build quality awareness.</li><li>Interface with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new or improved products are in accordance with approved data.</li><li>Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.</li><li>Inspect critical devices to ensure product and process compliance.</li><li>Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.</li><li>Ability to lead Material Review Board (MRB) meetings both internal and program level.</li><li>Ability to identity, create, and closeout Corrective Action Reports (CARs) and Preventative Action Reports (PARs) to address non-conformities and opportunities for improvement. </li><li>Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, quality plans, etc.</li><li>Continuously improving QA receiving inspection process and procedures.</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.</li><li>Familiar with MIL-STD, MIL-PRF, IPC, and J-STD for electronic hybrids.</li><li>Manage suppliers’ performance and conduct audits.</li><li>Ability to travel to conduct Supplier quality audits.</li><li>Preparation of Certificates of Conformity, QA reports, and Quality presentations.</li><li>Support configuration control system.</li><li>Work with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for tracking and reporting of data.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned.</li></ul>QualificationsTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies:<ul><li>Quality Engineering experience.
