Reporting and Documentation • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily field reports, permits, and records. • Provide regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and project managers regarding project status. Project Management Support and Coordination • Support broader project management activities for the North Carolina office, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with internal teams and clients. • Assist with proposal development, including preparation of technical approaches, schedules, and cost inputs for restoration construction components. • Support business development efforts and contribute technical expertise to help expand restoration services and support the continued growth of the North Carolina office. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: • At least 3 years of experience in construction (earthmoving, sitework, etc.) or ecological restoration implementation. • Demonstrated proficiency with fundamental elevation data collection and surveying. • Experience reading and comprehending design plans and specifications.
