These businesses are active across Europe and beyond, developing, investing in and managing renewable energy and broader energy transition assets.<br>This is a strong opportunity for someone with around 4–5 years’ experience who is looking to step into a broader international role and continue developing their technical, commercial and project management capabilities within a growing infrastructure investment environment.</div><div><br>The role will support the Sky Fund’s portfolio and associated holding structures across multiple jurisdictions. You will work closely with investment teams, finance teams, portfolio companies and external advisers on a broad range of tax matters, including tax compliance oversight, reporting, transactions, structuring and ongoing portfolio support.<br>The position offers wide exposure to international investment structures, cross-border transactions and the full lifecycle of infrastructure investments, while working within a collaborative, hands-on and growing in-house tax team.</div><br><br><h3>What you'll do</h3><ul><div><li>Support the management of tax matters across OEGen funds and associated holding structures. </li><li>Coordinate international tax compliance processes with local advisors across multiple jurisdictions. </li><li>Assist with tax reporting, tax provisioning, and financial statement disclosures. </li><li>Support tax workstreams on acquisitions, restructurings, refinancings, and other transactions. </li><li>Review transaction and financing documentation from a tax perspective, with support from senior team members where needed. </li><li>Monitor tax risks and support ongoing governance and compliance processes. </li><li>Work closely with investment, finance, legal, and external advisory teams across the business. </li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tax processes and documentation.</li></div></ul><h3>What you'll need</h3><ul><div><li>Around 4–5 years’ experience in corporate tax. </li><li>CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification (or close to qualification). </li><li>Experience gained in a Big 4 firm, international advisory firm, law firm, or in-house tax team. </li><li>Good grounding in tax compliance, reporting, and tax accounting. </li><li>Exposure to cross-border structures or international tax matters is helpful, but deep expertise is not expected. </li><li>An interest in infrastructure, energy, or investment management is a plus. </li><li>Foreign language skills (particularly German, French, Spanish, or Italian) would be beneficial but are not required. </li><li>Most importantly, we are looking for someone with strong reasoning skills, good commercial awareness, and a willingness to learn.
