As our <strong>Contract Manager - Greece</strong>, you will play a central role in safeguarding the contractual lifecycle and enabling the successful execution of our energy projects. Here it is:</div><br><ul><li>Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting to signature, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and project requirements.</li><li>Review contractual terms, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies in close cooperation with legal, finance, and project teams.</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support negotiations with customers, suppliers, and EPC partners to clarify obligations and ensure compliance.</li><li>Monitor contract performance, key deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.</li><li>Act as a contractual point of contact during project execution, supporting smooth collaboration across teams.</li><li>Maintain structured contract documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes.</li></ul></div>            Your profile<br>                <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><div>All right, that was intriguing, wasn’t it? To feel confident, effective, and happy in this role for the long run, your background would ideally look like this:</div><br><ul><li>Experience in contract management, commercial coordination, or project administration.</li><li>Solid understanding of contractual structures within EPC, energy, or technical project environments.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and an organized, structured way of working.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external partners.</li><li>English C1 and Greek C1; other European languages are a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with negotiation basics, legal terminology, or project workflows is beneficial.</li><li>Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a strong plus.</li></ul></div>
