This position oversees shipping, receiving, inventory control, and team coordination to meet customer expectations and operational goals. The DCC provides frontline leadership, promotes a strong safety culture, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and service standards</li><li>Monitor workflows and proactively address potential service gaps</li><li>Support and guide warehouse and yard teams, including scheduling, productivity, and performance feedback</li><li>Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, investigations, and system updates</li><li>Promote and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with Health &amp; Safety and C-TPAT requirements</li><li>Resolve operational issues and customer concerns effectively</li><li>Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members</li><li>Maintain organized yard and warehouse operations, including proper storage and material handling</li><li>Collaborate with logistics, production, and customer service teams</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent experience</li><li>Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with RF systems or SAP is an asset</li><li>Understanding of occupational health and safety regulations</li><li>Forklift experience and First Aid certification are assets</li><li>Ability to pass a background check as required</li></ul>Why Join IPEX<ul><li>Collaborative and people-focused environment</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development</li><li>A dynamic workplace where your contributions make an impact</li></ul>
