The Billing Coordinator serves as a liaison between operations, accounting systems, branch locations, collections, corporate billing, subcontractors, and refinery audit teams.</p><h3></h3><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Reconcile daily TRACK system time records for GFL personnel and subcontractors, resolve discrepancies, and validate cost codes and PO allocations.</p></li><li><p>Prepare billing backups and verify compliance with T&amp;M, Lump Sum, and Unit Rate contract terms and rates.</p></li><li><p>Produce accurate and timely invoices for industrial, commercial, temporary, and refinery services.</p></li><li><p>Maintain daily headcount and fatigue management logs.</p></li><li><p>Support audits, revenue recognition, SOX documentation, and revenue leakage tracking.</p></li><li><p>Generate billing metrics, revenue analysis, queries, and management reports.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with operations, collections, refinery audit teams, vendors, and corporate departments on billing and reporting issues.</p></li><li><p>Maintain billing, reporting, and data integrity processes in compliance with company standards and policies.</p></li><li><p>Perform additional duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>2–3 years of experience in industrial billing, accounting, or project controls in a refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial environment.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with TRACK (Management Controls).</p></li><li><p>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including vlookups and pivot tables.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.</p></li><li><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Experience with Marathon Petroleum or similar Gulf Coast refinery facilities.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with T&amp;M, Lump Sum, and Unit Rate contracts.</p></li><li><p>Associate degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or related field.</p></li><li><p>Experience with billing systems, reporting, and data integrity processes.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and Project.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#GFLTalent</p></div></div></div></div></div><div></div></div></div><p></p><ul></ul><p><br><br> </p><p>We thank you for your interest.
