We are seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead experience strategy for the Workiva Platform. This role shapes the long-term vision for the platform at a senior level of design leadership, with a focus on AI experiences, systems thinking, and workflow transformation.Sitting at the intersection of UX, product strategy, and platform architecture, this leader will influence not only how our products look and feel, but how they are built, scaled, and evolve over time.
