About this opportunity We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our collaborative and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers, sales team, and supply chain – ensuring a seamless customer experience from order through to delivery. You’ll manage an allocated customer base, support internal sales activity, and play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.Your key responsibilities will be to:<ul><li>Manage an allocated customer base, building strong relationships to drive revenue growth </li><li>Actively identify and capture new sales opportunities, supporting the Sales team</li><li>Partner closely with Sales to support quoting, pricing, forecasting, and customer growth initiatives</li><li>Deliver a high level of service across all customer interactions while proactively upselling and promoting products and solutions</li><li>Manage customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and alignment with commercial outcomes</li><li>Work closely with supply chain and operations to optimise delivery outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction</li><li>Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and sales data in SAP and CRM systems </li><li>Resolve customer enquiries, discrepancies, and issues with a focus on protecting revenue and strengthening relationships</li><li>Support key commercial activities including credit processes, pricing updates, rebates, and contract adherence</li><li>Contribute to Sales &amp; Operations Planning (S&amp;OP) and broader business initiatives </li></ul>Your skills and experienceTo be successful in this role, you’ll have:<ul><li>Experience in customer service, internal sales, or order management</li><li>Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments (highly regarded)</li><li>Strong systems experience, ideally SAP and/or Dynamics</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset</li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities</li><li>A collaborative approach and willingness to support team success</li></ul>
